Insurance cases
Temporary loss of working capacity by an employee as a result of an accident that occurred during the validity of the insurance contract. Liability for this risk can start on the 1st, 3rd, 5th or 7th day
Traumatic injury to an employee as a result of an accident that occurred during the insurance contract
Receiving the primary permanent loss of general working capacity by the employee (provided that the I, II or III group of disability is assigned)
Death of an employee as a result of an accident
