In the event of an insured event, the Insured is obliged to:

1. Take all possible actions to save the insured property, reduce the loss and prevent its increase.

2. Immediately notify the appropriate state authorities (fire protection service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, traffic police, etc.) and carry out all other necessary procedures provided for by current legislation.

3. Immediately, but no later than one working day, notify the Insurer or his representative in writing.

4. Give the Insurer or his representative the opportunity to inspect the damaged property.

5. To provide the Insurer with the opportunity to conduct an investigation into the causes of the occurrence of the insured event, determine the size of the loss and assist in this.

6. Keep the property for inspection by the Insurer or its representative in the condition in which it was after the insured event.
